Declaration: TZoomPanEvent = procedure (Sender: TObject) of object;

The TZoomPanEvent is triggered whenever panning or zooming takes place (caused by a mouse action). Please note that the property MouseAction (RChart, PolChart, GeoMap, Dendrogram, BoxPlot, SmithChart, ContourPlot) has to be set to a value other than maNone and maRubberBand in order to generate an OnZoomPan event.
