The method NormalDistri sets the reference points of the random generator in a way so that the delivered random numbers are normally distributed with a mean value of m and a standard deviation of s

Hint 1: The properties LowBorder  and HighBorder cut the distribution (any values of the probability function outside of those limits are zero). Thus, be careful to set these properties in a way that the normal distribution does not interfere with them.

Hint 2: Changing the borders of the random generator also shifts the mean value and the standard deviation of the normal distribution. Therefore LowBorder and HighBorder should be set before applying NormalDistri.
