Installation of SDL Help

How to install the help for the SDL suite so that Delphi help recognizes it.

The Openhelp system is still buggy and causes endless headaches if you forget to explicitly open the help project file before changing the set-up. Details can be found in the help installation instructions.

As an alternative you can install the SDL help into the Tools section of the Delphi IDE. This is less convenient but it works.
