Button image format

Each button image consists of four glyphs of the same size, which are arranged in a 2 by 2 grid. Which of the glyph is displayed depends on the state of the Enabled and OnOff properties:

The images may use any number of colors, however, one particular color ( = $EBBEEB) is used to indicate transparent areas. Transparent areas are important if the button is to be used on a non-uniform background. If you need this color in your glyph as a non-transparent color, you have to use a similar color with a different hex code (e.g. $EBBEEC), otherwise the button will have "holes".
